Spring Forward?

How about time changes suck? My kids and I are dragging some major butt in the mornings. We are almost 30 minutes later getting up than we were last week. I'm blaming it on the time change.

And I'm not noticing any benefits except driving to work at night in the light. Those who thought the change would make a great difference? They were smoking crack when it was dark outside and they thought nobody would notice.
