Automatic Payments

My thoughts on the subject.....don't do it. We've used the automatic one time only payment option for two different bills lately. And neither time was the experience pleasant. First time there was a withdrawal for the amount and a twelve (yes 12) day hold for the same amount, even though the amount went through. And it wasn't a small amount. Hundreds of dollars.

So this week we used the auto pay option again but for a smaller bill with a different company. I guess we didn't learn our lesson from the first time. This time we were debited twice. Twice. Damn it. They supposedly can send us a check for the second amount. But by the time they do that we'll owe the bill again. So some how we'll just probably suck it up and go without the extra money and not owe that bill again until the end of October. Idiots. Both them and us.

I am not a happy customer right now.
